At HI FIVE DISABILITY SUPPORT SERVICES PTY LIMITED, we believe in individual support choice and control. We work with you to create personalized plans to assist you with a person-centered support approach that includes everything from community access to respite care and much more.

Together, we will establish achievable goals that are created by you and supported by us. You can rest assured that our team is insured, qualified, and experienced in supporting a diverse range of disabilities, including but not limited to intellectual, physical, sensory disabilities, ABI, ADHD, ADD, MS, ASD – verbal and non-verbal, Behaviors, Fetal x syndrome, down syndrome, stroke, suicide prevention-mental health and mental health first aid, paraplegia, assistive technologies, and personal care.

We work closely with your AHPs, such as your GP, OT, PT, SP, and BS, to assist and maintain living skills, programs, routines, community access, and goal setting, as well as supporting you in creating and attending medical appointments and managing medication.
